Ideal for a fast lunch or snack. The employees were very accommodating in offering vegan choices, of which there were many. We sampled slices of mushroom, onion, and tomato/olive (served on a thicker focaccia-style bread). Each item was tasty. Suitable for either takeout or dining in with a few available seats inside.

The staff at the restaurant informed me that there were no vegan options available, so I was quite disappointed to find that this place was even listed on the Happy Cow app.

We decided to dine at Trastevere based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment. They had very limited options for vegans and vegetarians, with only a margherita pizza and a mushroom dish available. Perhaps we were unlucky with the timing (it was only 8:00 pm), but our experience was not what we had hoped for.

Trastevere's oven offers a wide selection of stuffed and topped focaccias seasoned with fresh vegetable ingredients. All of them were delicious.
