Prosciutteria Cantina Dei Papi Trastevere

We found after meat and cheese eaten and prociutteria cantina dei papi. it was only in the interior, so we had a sales order. the friendly staff explained the menu patiently and friendly and gave us great recommendations. we were surprised by. the quantity and the variety of food! very tasty and very valuable. in any case will come back. highly recommended.

Bruschetta pomodori mozarella was ok. the same for bruschetta with sweet. bruschetta couple negra turned out to be fat. fair point also the menu said so. not yet large mixing plate was ok. plastic fork and knife. plastic cups for.

We came to the proziutteria that was led by the opinions from the internet and it was better than expected. we had luck and were able to sit on the door in a small table. we ordered a small tagliere gourmet that is a mix of smoked cold ham...and meat with cheese and some baked vegetables and it was a pleasure in every bite. We also ordered a panini di porchetta that made a roll in the house made bread from smoked porchetta. for two was a lot of food. we also ordered a beer and a koks and paid only 27 euro. highly recommended! grazie ragazzi per l’esperienza!

We spied the food board from the street and had to have one. Great place for fresh cut meat, cheese and antipasto vegetables that is made right in front of you. The drink on the side was a bonus.

It was 2016 when I discovered this gem in Trastevere. Finally, able to travel again we were keen to have lunch there. The place had not changed. Small, quirky and sensational cold meats, olives, bread and dips, cheese. Service with a smile and laugh. 2...local girls singing along to the Italian pop music playing- thankfully in tune. : It’s a great place to eat ad much antipasto ad you can, wash it down with a glass of wine. You can buy a panini if you like. Overall, high quality food and service, good fun and good value. I’ll be back on the next trip to Rome again
