Pinsa E Buoi Dei - Roma

We ordered two entrances(bruschettas), 2 pastas, 1 pizza and two wines. The pastas were delicious, small in portion but although we ordered pizza with the one that had ricotta, the pizza we did not have that. We made a reservation for a table for two. Despite our reservation and being the first in the restaurant, we were seated next to the entrance. We saw that they sat people without reservation next to us, as well. Even when we were leaving the restaurant, the place was not full. That made us think that they treat the locals dfferently.

They're one of the best in Rome. Speaking as an Italian.

Worth it to go there. Food and service exquisite. Not too touristy.

Piacevole scoperta, ottimo cibo e bevanda eccellente. Trovato per caso ma davvero apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente al prossimo viaggio romano

Cucina ottima come sempre. Atmosfera familiare. Gentilezza e cortesia.
