Osteria Dell'arco - Roma

Had a lovely meal! The lovely ladies serving us knew a lot about wine, and helped us made the right choice. We would really recommend eating there!

We stayed in Rome for 4 weeks and ate here twice. Nicoletta, the co-owner and sommelier, is delightful. We especially appreciated her wine parings. The preparation of food is refined. The dining room is tastefully decorated, intimate, and has a fabulous arched brick cieling. They are inspired by cuisine throughout Itally vs. focusing on simply Rome. The menu when we were there had takes on matriciana and cacio pepe . We also enjoyed a delicious roman salad with baby lettuce, fava beans, spring peas, and crisp green beans.

Wonderful communication with owner and chef. Best dinner in Rome. Enjoyed our experience there. Would highly recommend.
