Che Pizza - Roma

The best pizza in Rome to my taste! Crunchy and light pizza! 7 super cereals! White pizzas filled with top of the top... finally after so many pizzerias I ate the real pizza with mortar! Not to mention the one with the ****... very good... for me it's fixed stage every weekend! Eating this pizza has now become an opportunity to be together with family and friends! Congratulations to the pizzas and to those for them!... such a crispy dough is rare to find it; finally a pizzeria that works so much on the quality and crispness of the dough, not the usual commercial pizza gommosa... congratulations!

I'm begging it's not my kind, but for a different evening it's a delicious apericena, so it can be okay. The cutting board is very large and varied with cured cheeses and savory cakes. The 2 first honestly I did not like, always change, decorative environment, the price justifies the cutlery and paper dishes.

With regret I leave a negative review on this place, in hope the owner can take advantage of it. I'll be back after a while and take pizzas. The cost is slightly higher than average, but the quality is usually higher. Not this time... Broccoletti had a bad taste, like they were pickled up or gone wrong... All, and I say ALL, the pizzas were more or less burnt, so much to be unmangyable. The others, balancing to remove all black parts and be able to eat them, with bad result. I think when you raised them, you saw that they were burned, even carbonized... You don't need pizza like that. Ask venia and do it again. Personal always kind, smiling and available at every request or order; good and digestible pizza. Prices of the pans very convenient. Fantastic fries .I recommend the pizza cacio and pepper.

Despite the unoriginal name, I must say that this pizzeria really surprised me. Clean, pizzaiolo and the girl at the counter are very kind and polite, but above all, pizza is delicious (it feels that the ingredients are quality and the prices absolutely contained. I'll come back several times.
