Pleasant surprise. definitely recommended! we went for pizza (the one of Roman type), but also has other dishes. we went with a groupon offer and we were treated very well. the room is beautiful wide, the feeling of space is given tranquility therefore also for the safety of the speech Covid/disposition. very kind and helpful staff. everything on offer was good, starting from bruschetta and provided with appetizer; the latter has done very well with fresh ingredients, and not with cooked rice as often can happen to eat. we were in six people and every pizza was beautiful full of ingredients that satisfy the various appetites. we proposed the sweets of the house and, tempted by the crust of hot apples that we took advantage of all, and confirmed good choice. even if we did not take advantage of having made no distinction between the normal customer and the one coming from the groupon offer. the prices are however acceptable; Then come back anyway!

The wines were a step of excellence that I made a stop and a passito. then I took a slice of pepper and balsamic vinegar with baked potatoes and a good tart.

Positive culinary experience. Good and kind waiters. but in my opinion € per person are too many.

Augustine the pergola presents itself as a restaurant anchored to the Roman tradition, simple, family management, very kind staff. Among the ordered appetizers I can not but mention the raw ham cut to the knife (excellent) flanked by a fragrant and warm white pizza freshly baked. My fried fries were superlative: classical supplied with ragù, arancino cacio and pepper, supplied with 'nduja, zucchini flowers... one more good than the other! all made in the house. Also good is the portion of fettuccine to porcini mushrooms (perhaps slightly scarf). Average prices. I recommend it.

In the surroundings of a bus stop, the pergola is an ideal place to eat dinner in the company. The restaurant has many seats, despite the size of the restaurant, and is carried out by a kind and prepared staff. As for food, the friable pizza almost scrocchiarella was excellent; the plums purè, as well as the bruschettes to the tomato. only flaw? sweet, a crem candy not at the same level as the rest of the dinner. I couldn't verify the adequacy of the price by booking on the internet with an offer. Not only did they not measure my temperature at the entrance, but they didn't even check my green pass. in conclusion a good restaurant, even if the criticisms are not lacking.
