Delicious yeasts, pastries, coffee cappuccinos, biscuits. My favorite is the Roman pastry (ciavattone), a delicious caramelized pastry filled with cream or jam. During the Easter period they create artistic eggs, wonderful to look at, some will then regret eating them. The sandwiches are also excellent. Excellent and attentive service and exceptional breakfast. I've already come 2 times and definitely won't miss the third. I give 4/5 stars to the environment only because given the quality of the products it is normal for there to be a lot of people but the staff is always efficient. Edit: I returned twice more and I can only confirm how good I found the first time and, being prepared for the queue, I was able to better appreciate this pastry shop. The service has also improved, seeing it as more attentive. Now on weekends, this place has become my favorite breakfast treat and at least once a week I stock up on croissants for my colleagues who love them
