Jennie Rae's - Rolling Prairie

Ordered to takeout got a ham and cheese was supposed to sub out the cheese for Swiss cheese that wasn't done called back to ask them to fix my order and they wouldn't do it. Very poor service.

The food is very expensive, and it's does not reflect the price. The service WAS. Good . But the last time I went in my favorite waitress had been fired, so, because of the prices and bad food plus bad service . I won't be returning

Great service, great women and young women working in the service. Pancakes are great. And then Jam is to die for. Absolutely amazing food and service. 10 stars.

I really used to like this establishment when I first started going to it, but over time it has gone downhill, sorry to say. Food has increased in price while decreasing in quality and taste. Service, inconsistent. You never know from 1 day to the next, depends on who is working and how busy they are, in terms of speed and attentiveness. But what really got to me was as my daughter and I were leaving, a male staff member decided to come outside after us just to say some very unwelcome rude, snarky, and condescending remarks to me that he really should've just kept to himself. Overall, they have really lost my respect.

Prices went up about $4-$5.00 per Entrée. Servers are awesome. I usually get the Counry Fried Steak or Patty Melt. Fries are always crispy melt is toasted perfectly.
