Dunkin' - Rolling Meadows

8/11/21. I get the world is short staffed but there is absolutely no reason it should take 23 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Only 4 cars ahead of me as well. Also know they were only accepting orders through their drive through. I won?t even mentionhow dirty things were. A friendly call to the health department it is. The drink was improperly made, had a very unpleasant taste, and the customer service was rude. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I absolutely love their sourdough breakfast sandwich—it’s the best one I've ever had!

The donuts here were old and stale. Additionally, one of the staff members was quite rude during my visit the other day.

I had a disappointing experience with burnt coffee and Boston cream donuts that were sour and lacking in cream. It was a busy Sunday, so I really don’t understand how they could serve something like that. They have one simple task, and they completely missed the mark. What a letdown!
