Taco Bell - Rohnert Park

Kind of a weird taco bell. You have to order at a machine VS at a register. You need a long keycode for the bathroom. The wrappers for food are way different than normal and overall food wasn't the same. Maybe they were having an off day? Just notyour normal taco bell. Usual business was mostly drive through customers. Food came fast.

Different employees constantly resulting in lack of chemistry. STAY AT THE WINDOW CHECK THE BAG items are always missing such as sauces, food, napkins. I'll say it again STAY AT THE WINDOW HOLD THE LINE UP CHECK THE BAG.

Good quick vegan burritos you can depend on. I love their sauces. Stopped here on the way home after a family vacation.

Order was wrong 3 tines for the same two items. I work in fast food so I tried to make it as simple as I could and it was still wrong so instead of them having to remake it a 4th time I just decided I'm going to hand it out to some homeless people and eatsome where else. I can't eat meat and the black beans are so gross... all I wanted was the refried beans but I guess it didn'tmake it thru to the person who remade my order. Sigh. Maybe again in a few months when they have more new people. I normallyNEVER have issues either, I've been getting the same thing for the past 5 years and never has it been made wrong once... untilTuesday night. Maybe just an off day, idk. But I won't be going here for a while.

Worst taco bell ever. Missed 5 of our items, didn?t give a fork for the bowl, didn?t give napkins. Can?t expect much from fast food but to miss half our order??? Also have to order from the screen yourself. Hate that everyone is doing that now.
