September 27. Went thru drive through, ordered chicken pot pie. Was barely warm. I found bone slivers a drum stick 2 biscuits, no butter or honey or utensils or napkins. The girl at the window gave me my change. Dropped it didn?t replace it.Always give coins first. Terrible food service.

I was extremely pleased with my recent visit to this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru and the staff made me feel appreciated by providing friendly and efficient service. The food was tasty with fresh ingredients and it was beautifully packaged in organized takeout boxes. Thank you very much! ??

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding. I want to give a special mention to Lucas, who was incredibly kind and understanding when our initial order was slightly messed up. He not only provided us with a free replacement but also gave us an extra order. His customer service skills are top-notch, and he truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The rest of the food was also delicious. I will definitely be returning whenever I have a craving for fried chicken. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Absolutely horrible time. I waited 15 mins after I paid for my food, only for my fries to be cold, and my order to be wrong. I said no ice in my drink and still got and and I said not lettuce in my drink and still got it. My food was horrible I didn'teven want to eat it I was so displeased with this service.
