Harvest - Rogersville

The flavor and texture combinations were exceptional. I never thought I'd be so thrilled about braided beets, and the scallops were absolutely incredible. The duck confit, fried rabbit, carrot hummus, and homemade crostini were all perfection. Chef Craig demands the highest quality ingredients (if I may say so), and, as he puts it, his job is simply not to mess it up. The combination of top-notch raw materials and remarkable skill results in some truly outstanding food. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his work, and that passion is evident on the plate. The atmosphere is surprisingly relaxed for a place serving such high-caliber dishes. You could comfortably wear blue jeans and flannel, or dress up in a suit and tie—both would be perfectly acceptable. You certainly won't regret driving to Harvest for an unforgettable meal!

This is undoubtedly the best culinary experience I've had in the Springfield area. The food can only be described as masterful, and the staff was both friendly and helpful—completely unpretentious. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

By far the best restaurant and culinary experience in our surroundings. We are so blessed to have Chef Craig and his beautiful wife, Tamara, in southwest Missouri. As a foodie who travels well and dinates, I would put him up against almost every cook. Thank you for a place I'm dining and never disappointed. I don't care what you charge. I appreciate the quality, love and care you serve in every drop of food you serve.

Hands down best restaurant in the area. Always an amazing experience when I am able to have dinner at Harvest. Between the friendly staff, welcoming owners, and to die for food, this is one of my favorite restaurants.
