Saltgrass Steak House - Rogers

This restaurant always offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with excellent service! My steak is absolutely perfect every time. They have never missed the mark on my medium rare filet! I can always rely on enjoying a great steak and fantastic service whenever I visit Saltgrass!

This was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic—the steak was cooked exactly as I requested, and the wedge salad was spot on. The drinks were strong and well made. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating with our requests regarding the salad ingredients and drinks. The restaurant has a classic, no-frills steakhouse vibe—definitely a job well done!

We decided to try this place as we were looking for a reasonably priced steakhouse with a casual atmosphere. Well, we found it.The decor is very outdoorsy with all the antlers, deer head and such. Very fitting for Arkansas. I felt at ease.The service was great. We were seated quickly and the server made sure we had drinks and bread right away. Our food was delivered quickly as well.My wife ordered the soup and then the salmon as her entree. She liked the soup albeit she did say it was a touch spicy. She 'ed the salmon.I had the wedge salad, strip steak, and baked potato. The wedge was really good because of the blue cheese. The steak had good flavor but was not trimmed well so I got a lot of fat chunks and gristle. I gave Salt Grass a 3 largely due to this steak.. it is a steakhouse after all and it was merely OK.We will probably go back at some point but it 's not at the top of our list.

Our servers Winnie and Marley were absolutely amazing. They created a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like we were having dinner with friends at home. Additionally, my special drink—a mix of Diet Coke and lemonade (no ice)—was perfect.

We got two recommendations from the server, both spot on. Wine and entreé recommendations. Such a good wine, we purchased a bottle. We are traveling. Opened it, gifted me a wine stopper, offered glasses (we had some) and gift sacked it. Mushrooms appetizer. Yum. Ribs were to die for. Pumpkin pie cheescake? Please indulge.
