Mcdonald's - Rogers

I can't express how disappointed I am with the decline in customer service at this establishment, particularly concerning the attitude of the assistant manager. If I could give it -5 stars, I definitely would.

The manager Reyna chose very friendly with my husband and I for the request that our order be corrected. Unfortunately, this was not the first experience with problems we had in this place. Our only goal was to get our family fed in time and the feeling of urgency for the mistake to be corrected was expressed so that we could come home before the road conditions deteriorated. She yelled at my husband, showed her fingers in his face, even after his request from her to calm down, refused to give her name or allow us to speak with another manager and became more and more annoying than the situation continued. After numerous attempts to deescalate them, we asked them to repay only our money, which they did not want to do. It is a very bad example of what a manager should represent in a fast food establishment or any employee of another institution for this matter. We have dealt with this for about 20 minutes and have not left any other resolution to be said if we do not like the service we should not return. What, unavoidable we won't. I would not even give this place a star, but to prevent others from having to do with the type of unlawful disregard for the family, and I saw today that I thought it necessary to leave some sort of review. I would very encourage you to avoid this location and choose other options in the region if you want 're fast food or any kind of customer service ever.

You receive a rating of 3, and that’s being generous, simply because we occasionally don’t have to relocate, and the food is decent. However, more than half the time we do have to move, and the food isn't even fresh. Why do we have to change locations if our food isn't being cooked?

The staff here are generally friendly, but I'm really disappointed that they discontinued the breakfast bagels. It's also quite upsetting that they've removed breakfast items altogether. I understand the reasons behind it due to the pandemic, but it still makes me sad.

It's decent, depending on what time you go. Mornings and lunch are the best times. Nights are ran by kids that don't want to be there apparently
