Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

We had Valerie help us. She was fantastic. There was a mixup in our ice cream order that she did not do. But she jumped right in respecting other workers and respecting us as customers and completely redid our order so quickly we couldn’t believe it. Plus, as we were heading out of the restaurant she said to us did you enjoy your visit? How was everything. She’s such a great worker. We always saw a smile on her face. If you go to this restaurant, make sure you check and see if Valerie’s there. But we think you’ll know she’s the one with a smile on her face all the time. She was so caring to others.Parking: Plenty of parking right outside the restaurant in a small shopping centerKid-friendliness: We ordered the two chicken strip kids meal, and it was perfect. The chicken was delicious and it was more than enough fries.

Came in for lunch, was quickly helped. Food came out about 5 or 6 minutes after ordering and was fresh, nice and hot. I had a double cheese w bacon and cheese curds. Hit the spot!!

Nine out of 10 times when I come here. The food is really good and the service from the workers is great as well. They are usually really polite and move as quick as possible to get you your stuff in a timely manner. There is that one occasion where you’ll have some teenager that seems to hate their job, but for the most part, this place is pretty great. Definitely try the turtle concrete Sunday ?

My food was perfect. I'm allergic to certain foods and the staff made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Restaurant was clean and very inviting. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to all friends and family.

Went to visit some family and decided to have dinner and dessert at Freddy's. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The manager Valarie even checked on us while we were eating our mouthwatering custard! Great decision to eat there! Shout out to the staff for the superb customer service! We will be back!!
