The quality doesn't match the high prices. The rooms with two beds only had doubles instead of queens. Our shower couldn’t switch to the showerhead, which was frustrating. The bar needs to improve its selection of bourbon and scotch, especially since I was paying for my drinks during happy hour. There was also a limited selection of complimentary drinks available at that time. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 3 out of 5.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to after the exceptional service we received from Kaleigh and Katherine. Our room was fantastic, and they truly personalized our experience. They went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful time. These two front desk staff members are outstanding and made our visit unforgettable. Thank you, Kaleigh and Katherine!

My brother reserved two rooms, but the receptionist only managed to book one. Unfortunately, he had to drive two hours back home after this mix-up. That night, the refrigerator in our room began to leak, and my mother accidentally stepped in it. The room was quite warm when we arrived, but aside from that, it was decent. When it came to breakfast, it was pretty barren and didn't have much left, likely due to the large number of school buses that were staying there. Overall, the layout of the facility was confusing, and I think they really need to provide maps.

We recently stayed multiple nights at this hotel and I was extremely disappointed. I don't normally take the time to leave a review. When we arrived our room was overbooked and unavailable. After talking to the desk manager they were able to put us into our room. The room itself smelled of mildew, like it had been flooded at one time. I had to go to the store and buy lilac spray to cover up the smell. We would have switched rooms, but the hotel was full. Our next disappointment was the pool. Let's just say it was gross. The water was yellow and the the amount of hair in it and other debris made it unusable. The hot tube was 3/4 drained and had dead crickets floating at the bottom of it. My son was extremely disappointed, since he was looking forward to using the pool. The breakfast bar was very good the first two mornings. The third morning the pancakes were hard as a rock and the sausage was ice cold. We drove twelve hours to visit family, and unfortunately we were extremely unsatisfied with our stay. We will find a different hotel next time we come to the area for a visit.

Stayed last night, we were going to the AMP and it was a perfect location for that. The rooms were very nice. Ours did have a tub drain that was very slow. During showers the water got up to your ankle. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. The morning breakfast was full of options and they have a make your own omelet. I just had fresh fruit and it was ripe and juicy.Walkability: Other than the AMP there is a top golf, many restaurants and a Walmart in walking distance.
