Domino's Pizza - Rogers

We typically order pizza once a week, and it’s always fantastic. My kids set up a lemonade stand to raise money for school supplies for children in our community. One of the delivery drivers came by and bought a cup. Later, another delivery driver stopped by and purchased a cup too, mentioning that the first driver had sent a group text to the team about the lemonade stand. I called the store manager to express our gratitude for the generous donation and the wonderful attitudes of the staff.

I wish I could recall the manager's name! I had a birthday party on December 12, 2020, and ordered four pizzas along with some other items. There was a hiccup with the order, but the manager quickly stepped in to resolve the issue! She sent out four additional pizzas, replaced the breadsticks, and even included two orders of brownies! Without a doubt, this was the BEST customer service I've ever experienced! I truly appreciate it!

The food and service are always excellent at Domino's! I absolutely love it! It's the best chain pizza in Northwest Arkansas! I can say this with confidence since I've worked in the pizza industry for over 30 years!

My experience started with the person taking my order. She was Indian and had a strong accent, which made it difficult for me to communicate. I specifically ordered Canadian bacon on both pizzas, but each time she repeated my order, she said "bacon." I had to clarify that I wanted Canadian bacon, which is like ham, not regular bacon. She responded by confirming "yes, Canadian bacon." However, when I arrived to pick up my order, it turned out to be regular bacon instead. I pointed out the mistake to the cashier, but he just stared at me blankly. When I returned his gaze, he finally asked if I wanted them to remake the pizzas. I simply shook my head and left with the incorrect order.

I ordered a 10-inch Extravaganza from this location on Sunday night, July 17, for carryout and took it back to my Airbnb in Garfield. As soon as I took my first bite, I discovered they had added pineapple to it. It was a complete disappointment. There was no other nearby place to get food, and it wasn't just a piece or two of pineapple; the entire pizza was covered with it. I will definitely not be ordering from this store again.
