Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rogers

I honestly can't not remember going to any fast food restaurant that had so much spilled food on the tables, floor, check out counter, kitchen and everywhere... It looked as if no one had wiped down anything for the whole day. There seemed to be plenty of staff on, and they all seemed friendly, just poorly managed/staff direction. It was not very busy, after 8 pm. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The meat was so dry I had a hard time eating it. For 20+ dollars I expect a decent meal. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The store was out of white rice and we were told to wait 5 min. The line itself was a mess and instead of cleaning it while waiting for the rice to be done the staff did nothing. The store itself was also disgusting filth all over the floor and tables not something that could have gotten dirty just throughout the day. Once the rice was finally “done” we went through the line. The store was also out of chips, guacamole and precut limes. My husbands bowl was contaminated with sour cream, likely due to the above concern I mentioned of the line being extremely dirty. When we got home and ate our bowls the rice was crunchy and not cooked. While in the store I saw two staff looking at the rice as if they were checking if it was done I also witnessed staff on the line with gloves touch the garbage can and another staff touching his phone with gloves then returning to work. I am posting this review as this tends to be a consistent issue at this location. While I know many places are short staffed I do not believe this can be an excuse for todays concerns as there were 7 employees working. I highly suggest management to make changes at this location and provide extra training to staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rogers Chipotle....do better. I will avoid this Chipotle at all costs from now on. From the not great service by the teens employed, to the 'salad ' I ordered with maybe 10 pieces of lettuce, to the 'light ' sour cream (the veggies were swimming in it)...I 'll stick to other locations or Qdoba. This location is always out of the same things. I keep giving them another chance but this will be the last time I go here. Very disappointing; whoever is responsible for ordering ingredients and planning for each day should be able to plan better so as to not consistently run out of standard items like guacamole.
