The place is located inside the beautiful market and has few seats, so during peak hours it is difficult to stay to eat. I ordered an open salmon egg-wrap and it was yummy.
Delicious open sandwiches albeit on a wrap gluten free we found to quite salty for our taste but nonetheless packed with flavour. Lots of different vegetarian and vegan choices, wraps and open wraps as well as other options. Situated in Torvehallerne an amazing food hall and Palæo takes on the atmosphere. Expensive but worth it if you’ve got the budget.
100% gluten-free. even the beer. a really safer place for the zöliakie! no page after page compromise as in most gluten-free options. Don't miss it.
Pointed to the picture of the duck burger and ended up paying 190kr for hardly anything. Certainly not what was advertised is the picture. Kids didn’t let me complain as they feared I would be classified as a Karen but, come on. Can’t you at least include the basic sweet potato fries and not charge for the slice of cheese! The bit of chili mayo was barely enough for three fries. I have lived in Denmark for years and understand that prices are high but, for 190kr. I certainly expect a hell of a lot more than what I got. I will never eat at Paleo’s again. So not worth it and felt totally ripped off.
Not that the food was bad, we just expected more for the price we payed. 480dkk for 2 burgers and 2 juices. They don't even offer cheap drinks, just fancy wines, beers and juices. When we payed, we expected REALLY good food and a REALLY good portion, but we were disappointed. It's really expensive street food and it was not worth it. We feel ripped off.
