Marco's Pizza - Roebuck

Marco's Pizza has a reputation for being good and I have bought a good pizza there. But the last time I went there I ordered a medium with extra paste, however it did not have the extra paste and it was burnt. Really burnt to the point that it was dry andI didn't check it so I didn't know until I got home. And because I know that there was no way they could have boxed that upwithout seeing it I have decided not to patron the store anymore.

On hold for 31 minutes an then hung up on. 2 young girls gossiped as I on hold for over 30 min as a gentlemen worked in the back ground. Sad pathetic service. They are losing 1000?s dollars due to these type employees. The entire 30 min I could hear everyword the girls gossiped an all the other phone lines continually ringing an them ignoring the calls. Food is way-completely overpriced an all online coupons not good for this location. If I could give zero stars I would completely on SERVICE 8/25/22 915pm

I love this location. My pizza is always hot , fresh and delicious regardless whether I pick it up or have it delivered. The sub sandwiches are very good also! Since my last review, services has taken a dive. The last time I ordered pizza. I received itwith hair in it. I threw it away and complained to the manager, who wanted to remake my pizza. -I said no thanks!!! She alsorefunded my money, which was only $2.01 cent because I had a $10. 00 coupon. I also left a $2.00 tip. This pizza was not worthit, Sorry Marcos, not coming BACK !!! I am also removing my 5 star to 1 star!!!

It has taken over and hour to get our food delivered. The status changed at the time its should have been delivered to not prepared yet then they delivery time changed adding 30 minutes more. The food isn't hot like normal and I didnt get an extrapack of italian dressing as requested.

Quality of pizza is better than others due to fresh ingredients. People working there are nice. When ordering on web modification of order didn't work. Had to start a new order
