Przekaż informację zwrotnąBut there was a separation in the communication and the restaurant was not aware of me. but once a table was prepared, everything else was great. the food was good, but not woven, whatever the food was missing, they have in service and amazing tasting drinks.
They make this day a buffet, menu no ala carte. they should update the special event on an open table to avoid disappointment and waste of a trip as I do not want a buffet dinner. So I had to change the plan to find another restaurant.
My reservation was confirmed when my guest arrived that they were turned away. They were full
Bad service we've ever experienced. Wine didn't arrive until another server asked if we had a drink. It took 1/2 hour. Didn't know that everything we had asked did not leave paprika from an appetizer as specifically asked. Then we waited another 1/2 hour for an invoice and finally had to go forward to get one. The food was good, but the service ruined the experience
When I worked in the hotel industry for over 6 years, waited over 10 minutes after my order, before I got my drink my water was done and was not refilled I ordered steak and no steak knife was submitted after my order was taken, I had to ask for one and I was not asked to cut into the place I only think they need to have some more table care, but the food was great, although the place was a little salty it was good.
