The brisket at this restaurant is exceptional. I haven't had the chance to try anything else on the menu, but I felt compelled to leave a review because it was so good. Despite the lack of ambiance, the brisket alone is worth a visit. I highly recommend it, even though I live in Knoxville.

This is the worst food I have ever had in my life! We ordered a platter with ribs, pulled pork, fries, and mashed potatoes. I struggled to eat the ribs for 20 minutes before we ultimately threw our food into the trash can that was conveniently placed next to us. The fries were disgusting, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a store. Despite the Yelp reviews raving about this BBQ joint, we were incredibly disappointed and would give them negative stars if we could. The restaurant is essentially a trailer and was very dirty and unprofessional. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with a clogged toilet that was worse than a porta potty. The waitresses were arguing over tips and complaining about their earnings right in front of us, which was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't eat here even if they paid me to do so.

Awful! We stopped in because of the yelp rating. There's no way this place should be rated higher than 2. Putrid is the most appropriate word too describe this place. We barely touched the food. It turns my stomach just thinking about it.

Update I don't know what has happened to this beloved restaurant but at this point I will never go back. The service is horrible, the food tasted off, the restaurant was filthy. The Manager is rude to the staff. Save your money and buy some brisket and cook it yourself. If they had negative stars I would give it a negative 5.
