Arby's - Rocky River

I had an issue with my order where they forgot my small shake, and I didn't notice until I got home. When I returned to the restaurant, Dez not only replaced my shake but upgraded it to a large one. She also gave me a courtesy card for a free meal, which includes fries and a drink. Although the card has an expiration date because they don’t go through them very often, she assured me that I can still use it—just mention her name! I really appreciate the excellent service and how they went above and beyond to make things right!

The staff was very helpful! The dining room is still closed, and I didn't receive everything I needed in my order, but they quickly fixed it. The food was consistent with my other experiences at Arby's.
