Sometimes there can be misunderstandings. But there are always better ways to handle some unexpected “offence”. The guy just made me feel like I was the world ignorant and rudest person. The man started cooking as soon as I paid money. When I came out for a printed reception to cut the customer copy before it continues to print commercial copy, my daughter reacted completely and faced to protect his inviolable, valuable debit machine. I apologised him immediately when he was visibly upset.
