McDonald's - Rocky Mountain House

Place was in need of a cleaning up. Staff were in need of a feel good experience. We came in for a quick cup of coffee and found staff to be curt and put off. We didn't stay long as the atmosphere was unpleasant, the TV very loud. Didn't take anything to go when we left.

Recently a Mac breakfast fan I converted from the boxed egg eating choices. The coffee is very tasty and the breakfast choice is real food. The drive through experience is efficient with first class people meeting and greeting you. That is a strong indication of a well run fast food deliverer.

The key of the mega chain is consistency. Have sampled McD's fare on other continents, and it tastes identical to your favorite location. The experience in RMH was sub par. Service was acceptable, but fries were at most room temperature with no salt. The Country chicken burger was doused with "special sauce", which was less than appetizing. The Big Mac was on point though.This location probably deals with low and sporadic volume, as this visit was outside of the rush hour. With that said, consistency needs to be the objective of the multinationals.

A crappy drive through experience. We wanted to pay for the vehicle behind us (my brother's vehicle), instead they gave us the receipt from the vehicle three car lengths down the line. He didn't provide the plum sauce or ketchup as asked for TWICE. He kept on saying "it's all good, it's all good" throughout his mess up. I'm surprised that missing the chicken was all that was messed up on the order. Thanks good I ordered two Double's to fill the protein void.

Great place to eat. However, the drive thru is small and limited parking available. Due, to small town and the amount of company vehicles in the area.
