KFC - Rocky Mountain House

About a month ago we got a meal that was too salty to finish. I wanted to give them a chance yesterday. dl’d a good license for this area good until 9th jan 2022 for a lot of imer $25.99 I called earlier so it is ready. When I asked the price, she said something about $40. I know there wasn't $15 controlling on them so passed. they have me twice. there won't be a third time.

I wanted to get a chicken. waits in the line for 10 minutes, they get into the counter and give them to the cashier my check and ask them about the 12 pieces, fries and gravy (goods certificate) and also a chickenburger. he says we don't have a good look. I showed him that they made it clear because I have one and it's good until jan2022. he says that our load does not take coupons. I don't know, but you franchise, they send good tickets to the postboxes and there are no other kfc for 100km, so I think they do. He looks back into the kitchen that the girl does not shake her head. No, we don't take coupons. the guy behind me agreed they should take good. I'm sure they're doing this, but not tonight, apparently, I'm not going to be back.

Terrible front staff. I have a job to another customer. When I returned to get my proper order, I was told that they were out of the boom and I had to wait at least 20 minutes. I wanted to get my money back. kitchen staff seemed nice.

I called to know them about the old food they sold us, and a superior name julia got all defense and argued about their old eating and hanging on us very unprofessional when they ask me. I would not recommend this place at all!

Quality here is excellent, speedy delicious! Including the taco bell. Always hot and fresh at this location.
