Taco Bell - Rocky Mount

I always find that there's no sauce in the bag, and my food is consistently cold. I honestly don’t know why I keep returning. The service is lacking, and it takes too long. If I had known it would be like this, I might as well have just made the meal myself. My order often comes with missing items, and there's hardly any meat, even though I paid $10.

This place is spotless! The staff is courteous and well-mannered. We will definitely return to this location.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, seriously! Everything I ordered was precise, generously packed, and perfectly wrapped. The service was outstanding, and the drive-thru staff member was super friendly!

Two of the dishes were missing key ingredients—one was missing beans, while the other had no lettuce. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than what I recently had in Jacksonville for the same dish. Moreover, the shrimp should have been seasoned with Diablo sauce rather than just being submerged in the soup.

The restaurant left a great impression with its lovely ambiance and welcoming staff, especially the cashier.
