Smithfield's Chicken N B-q

This was my first time visiting Smithfield's Chicken 'n Bar-B-Q, so I decided to try both the fried chicken and the barbecue. The food was delicious, the service was welcoming, and I will definitely be returning the next time I am in Rocky Mount, North Carolina for another round of their amazing hospitality, pleasant ambiance, and absolutely scrumptious meals!

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The flavors were perfectly seasoned. The appearance may be deceiving, but the potato salad and coleslaw were delicious. It transported me back to a nostalgic feeling. Don't hesitate to visit when you're nearby.

If they are in north carolina, there is no better place to get east carolina bbq (vinegary) sandwiches or huhn and kekse. it is near US-64 and I-95 and easy to see from the autobahn. there are many parking spaces.

After I had visited rocky mount toyota for an oil change, I had to visit my favorite restaurant. I ordered a rear gate special, plus buy a free Brunswick stew. I live 30 minutes away. When we came home, the Brunswick pot was watered. when I called the manager in service. she says the sick inspector just left. the report said it was a lot of water in it. a few days later I returned, my stew was replaced. smithfield chicken and bbq is the best thing that happens.

Good food. Great staff, they did everything they could to accommodate our larger then average group. Checked on us frequently. Would definitely recommend.
