Ramo's Pizza Grill - Rocky Mount

I ordered 3 pizzas online and was tracking thought the slice app. I chatted support through the slice app and they contacted the store and said that they had wifi issues and had just got our order (45 minutes after it was placed) and was making it and they would have it delivered to us in 45 minutes. 1 hour goes by and we still don?t have the order. We chat again and the support agent through slice tells us that the store told them that the delivery driver was on their way and it would be here soon. It never came so after another 20 minutes we call in the store ourselves and they still haven?t made our pizza. They said they could make it and it would be here in 30 minutes. We will see how it goes and I will update accordingly. UPDATE: it finally got here but the wind blew one pizza out of his hand but he went back and got it for us.

Man everything is good that I have eaten from here! Pizza, Philly cheese, wings and cakes! They are always nice and the food is awesome!

Six months ago we got a pizza, very dry, nearly no cheese and slightly burnt, cardboard would have been better. We called and complained. They gave our money back, good move. A month later we ate in the restaurant, pizza was great! Since then, we have had two more pizzas dining in that were mediocre, still dry, burnt and not enough cheese. We did bring it to the owners attention on one of these visits, but not well received. Likely will not order pizza again for a long time. Service was very good.

Great place with outstanding food. Owner and staff are not only friendly but extremely welcoming. I'm a definite repeat customer.
