Rally's Hamburgers - Rocky Mount

Don't do it! Every time I go there are usually 2 or fewer employees working. The drive-thru wait just to place your order is at best 6 minutes before being helped. On several occasions, they were out of most ingredients as well as napkins. I amsurprised they ate still in operation. Then they have gone up on everything that dinner for 3 is almost $30-40. I've done betterordering curbside at the Chimes or Mugshots. For a $12 combo, you're better off doing so.

First off this location implemented a robotic ordering system. It was very hard to order, kept messing my order up and the frustration caused me to avoid this location for a while. I started going back when I found out you could order on the appahead of time and use the other drive through lane for pick up orders. Recently I have found myself trying the automated systemagain. I think the system got an update as it's much easier to complete an order. The soft serve ice cream was not good. Iwould avoid! Maybe I got it on a bad day, but I won't be trying my luck for a good day anytime soon. Loaded fries are a familyfavorite!!

The food is good one of my favorite burgers for taste. However I ordered the app. Food wasn't ready in said time and no napkins were placed in bag the customer service isn't good

This was literally half an hour ago. I had to take time to calm down before putting my review together. Absolutely horrible. The chicken sandwich was so dark, we thought it was a burger, the drinks had absolutely no carbonation, the food was wet, and when Itried to call them (back to back 5 times) no one answered. The only edible thing was the fries so I paid $40 for 3 fries,inedible burgers and chicken sandwich, flat disgusting and warm(Idk how that happened when there was a couple ice cubes in thecup. Literally, a couple) soda. Thanks for ruining my night. Wish I could give a 0 stars. Should have gone to Arby's next dooror Popeyes down the street. Oh! I almost forgot. Everything was shoved in 1 bag, which I did comment on before he tried to'hand' it to us. It kinda got shoved at us and the bag ripped right on my mom's shirt. Fries nearly went everywhere. The guyjust laughed and handed us an empty bag before closing the window. No help, no sorry, nothing. So, yeah. Horrible.

It 's a drive thru fast food shack with several picnic tables in the parking lot. AND... their out of diet coke, shakes and chocolate ice cream. My advice is to stay in your car. If you use the walk up, you 'll be able to see the food being prepared.This is a mistake, because you won 't be able to eat it. I 'll definitely drive by instead of drive in next time.
