Outback Steakhouse Rocky Mount

Average. stopped during the trip. had not been busy at all- arrived at 8:50 pm (closed at 10:00 a.m.) at this time of the evening they expect the staff to be a bit slower from a busy evening dinner eile. the salates were average. server brought me the bill when we had eaten. no well refills, no offer for coffee or dessert - just wanted to go 9:35. I felt hurried. it is not as if we went in half an hour before closing. it's not like we ordered steaks. but I guess everyone is tired and therefore the workers were sitting on pauses instead of maybe sweeping the floors or mowing to the rest. probably much better when it's busy and they need to work faster.

The wings tasted as if they had been one under the heat. my pasta was warm, not hot. it was placed in the microwave and my steak went from medium to well. the manager saw it and only brought it to the back to replace the steak and to heat my garnel with the pasta. not impressed.

Was muded on Saturday night because a full-ball tournament was in the city. decided to go. the personal to go was on everything. I was very impressed because they had many customers at a time. they even remembered my name when I returned to pick up the order. eating was hot. definitiw well above average for chain restaurants.

I have dared in this place with my son who goes to college in the opposite direction. Actually, I didn't expect much, but this place was really great. our waitress rachael was on our eating came super, and the food quality has improved since my last in this chain definitiw. or at least has this place!

Ordered takeout last night and my food was awful. The smell was over bearing Disgusting. My French onion soup looked and smell like lard if not worse. I would not ever order take out again. Nobody should ever receive food they way I received mine. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!. I honestly don't think I would even wanna eat here again.? can you say disappointed!I also called back to speak with manager about the problem f nobody seem to rake me seriously or care that my food was messed up. Staff never let me speak to a manager at all instead they repeatedly asked me same questions about my food.
