Mcdonald's - Rocky Mount

I must say. The food was fresh and tasteful. The restaurant was clean.

Mostly good service, except today waited for ever since they obviously said that they were my job a door hose.

At 9:30 11 my wife and I ordered macdonald’s thru the app the order was a 20 pc nugget and 2 middle fries and a big mac meal I arrived and waited like 10-15 minutes, so I think they made the food when the young lady gave me my eating the fries was cold and the big mac had throw away again and pickles that was not ordered 18

I don 't know man, it 's McDonald 's! It 's pretty hit and miss with customer service. As a multi-billion dollar corporation it seems they have taken the put it out there and the masses will buy it approach. It 's pretty sad what McDonald 's has become. I have fond memories getting happy meals as a child. Now the happy meal box may be the tastiest thing on the menu.
