Jersey Mike's Subs - Rocky Mount

I rarely go to jersey mikes only because they are very busy at my lunch break and I like to order my food in the store. as always the assistent gm ashanti took my order and it was absolutely perfect. Although I'm not regular, she's always there and with a smile. the young man on the grill, la’trell was very sweet as I said, made my eating perfect! I appreciate the quality.

I order food through website, when I got there to pick my food up, the manager informed me they didn't have any bread. Mind you I thought I was ordering straight from the company, but it was through uber eats. He informed me that he wasn't able to give me my money back, he could make me some wraps, I told him no my children don't eat those. He said I would have to contact uber eats. I called them they informed it was the restaurant job to refund me. I called back to store, manager stated he would have to let his general manager call me back in the morning. I haven't heard from anyone, I have being calling, and they have phone off the hook. I didn't get one or food. I'm very disappointed.

Great staff, very friendly and the Turkey and cheese sub is so delicious!!! My go to spot for sandwiches!
