Starbucks

Came here as a walk-in on Aug. 27 at 8am and was told one espresso machine was down and there would be a 15 minute wait for my drink, which is fine. 25 minutes later, I asked where my drink was in the queue — they told me it would be 30 minutes minimum because they hadn’t processed the drink order yet. Meanwhile, there were drinks waiting on the counter that were waiting there longer than me. A terrible experience.

Starbucks, what can I say? You want a great cup of coffee . Starbucks got you !!!! After a long, hard day. I park in the parking lot, turn on my favorite jazz station, and relax .

Good location, they are always friendly and the only times I've had an issue with my order they fix it. Parking lot and drive thru setup are a pain though. Updated: they moved the menu and drive thru order spot back which does make it a bit better. I like them menu ahead of where you order.
