Dunkin' - ROCKY HILL

The store had a huge line when we arrived there and they still got our orders very fast. The staff was friendly and the building was nice and clean. As regards quality, it was coffee and donuts at a really good level. The donuts were great and the coffee was coffee. No complaints about this location for us.

Great service at this point and great coffee too. I have what I wanted from the best man in this building, Mike. Thank you for the nice service Mike, you will be the next CEO of Dunkin when you keep the great work.

Nurses day 2023, we head to Dunkin' for some breakfast and a free ice coffee. Get to the window, the lady says she knows nothing about it and calls over a manager. The managers says they don't offer any kind of health care discounts. We pull up the add and explain that it's nurses day. Another manager is called that flat out tells us no. Well I would have went to the Starbucks across the street if I'd known. Incredibly rude. I would urge anyone in health care to steer clear of this particular location. To add insult to injury, I get half way down the road and my order is completely wrong. 1 star. 0 if I could give it.
