Mas Que Tacos - Rocky Ford

Well, when I first went, it was fantastic. the beans-burrito of my mother was amazing how my crushed beef-burrito was. I'd say what I've ever had. visit number 2 was the complete opposite. I can't believe it was the same place. I ordered the same shredded beef for my brother and he couldn't eat it. it was fat and full of green paprika, where a few green paprika would have swollen. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito and it was just salty. my mom had the same bean burrito. I forgot what was her complaining, but she never said again everyone has claim to a free day, so different from mom, I will try her again, finally. they were really busy, so maybe that had something to do with it. to share the two extreme experiences I gave 3 stars

Great meal, like coming here from work for lunch. Great options, prices are decent and you definitely get enough food for the price! The burritos are full, flavorful and tasty. I've had the Carne Asada burrito and now the Steak Fajitas burrito. The steak Fajitas burrito could use some more spice or flavor but it wasn't bad. Just lacking a certain kick, so I'd recommend getting their green sauce to pair with it for the added flavor!

Make sure you stop here if you're driving through Rocky Ford. One of the best chorizo breakfast burritos I've ever had. And the folks running are very sweet.

Good placed to eat gamy old food. I tried the asada burrito and meat was soaked in lard. Meat texture dark in appearance, the one meats get when is cooked from days before. Adobada tacos tasted like plain salt not flavor at all. guacamole all watery. the only good thing I recommend is Coca-Cola in the bottle and walk away.

Best taco truck ever even better than truck we have had in town for years. This place beats every Mexican restaurant in rocky and La junta. I have to find somewhere else to eat on lunch on Wednesdays though but that’s ok lolPrices are good !!!!Shredded beef tacos are my usual, hard shell though not soft!
