Mcdonald's - Rockwood

They don’t tell you when you order that what you ordered is out of so you have to get your refund. The iced coffee is definitely not what I had ordered.(didn’t taste like what I normally get, tasted stout and old). In then you get to deal with attitude because they have to refund you back the money. But not a sign or anything anywhere to let you know that they are out of stuff. It looked like they didn’t have much staff back there. None of them looked like they took pride to their work or even looked like they didn’t even cared. Also they don’t pay any attention to your order and I know we aren’t the only ones that have dealt with this either but they either don’t give you all that you ordered or don’t make it right. I can go on and on but just really poor this go around. Usually they are good but don’t know what’s going on. Definitely will be going to Harriman until Rockwood straightens back up like a place because right now it’s a mess on how everything is being ran and the staff. This is per yesterday and lunch time. Didn’t get to post until now.

No one there has any clue what they're doing complete dysfunction. It's a menagerie. You can't get an order right? But boy McDonald's sure gets your money.

I get it working fast food sucks but I doesn't hurt to be polite over the headset when people. Food was good but they gave us 2 packs of souce for a 20 pc and 6pc chickens nuggets.

We are ten minutes in and still waiting for our food. McDonald's seems to have lost its way. Cheap and fast and no longer seem to be associated with the McDonald's brand.
