Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered in the drive thru and the car in front of me got my order by mistake. They passed it back through the window. A moment later an employee brought my food to me. I drove away and when I got home I realized the people in front of me had taken a bite of my food and handed it back.How this was ever acceptable for the staff not to catch is beyond me. Once food goes out the window it should not come back in. If it does come back in they should never hand it to another customer.I contacted customer service right away. They were extremely unapologetic and told me I would hear from someone. I also sent an email regarding the situation. It's now been 6 days and 5 business days and I have not heard anything even after a follow up. I used to go here on a regular basis but I have not visited since and will not do so for the foreseeable future.
Credit card machine was broken at pull up menu board. Had to give credit card to waitperson. Next day I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Ended up being a 400 dollar dinner. BEWARE.Update: was contacted by local manager same day of call to customer service. in process of investigating fraudulent charge, waiting to hear back about what they found out. it has been over a week now. still waiting.....
The worst sonic I've ever been too. Food wasn't hot and poor quality. Terrible
An average at best. They forgot my chili cheese coney then wanted to charge me for another when I tried to explain that they never gave it to me. I had to explain 5 times before they understood
