Starbucks - Rockwall

Paul was great, very helpful to my mother and I when reloading our app and ordering drinks.

My frappucchino almost no ice on it. And a lot of flies on everythingh ????

You have so much business that you can afford to be rude to customers?Whatever happened to Starbucks standards???We chose not to order after that. We walked out. Our drink gets messed up so often, so all we did was ask if she understood what we were ordering, the response was, oh I know!

Very friendly staff. I'm a regular there and they know my usual order. A lot of times they will even have it all ready for me at the register. Great service.

So I love my coffee i get the iced vanilla oat milk shaken espresso and I told them what I wanted they gave me a totaly wrong drink with like a cup of syrup some random stuff taht tasted like cinnamon the coffee I oreded did not have cinnamon so they gave me a completely different coffee very bad would not recommend
