Ihop - Rockwall

Two of us visited the IHOP for brunch on a bustling Sunday morning and only had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The hostess and reception staff were friendly, despite their busy schedule. Our server was quick and efficient, promptly taking our drink orders and meals. The food arrived on time, was tasty, and served hot. The waiter frequently stopped by to refill our drinks and check if we needed anything. Although one of the items in our order was incorrect, the server resolved it immediately. The tables were clean, and Covid dividers were still in place, with the staff wearing masks. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I went here for a post-prom dinner with friends, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful time! While the food wasn't outstanding, it was still tasty enough for a midnight snack!

I had a craving for French toast and decided to place an order through the app. I received a pickup time of 9:46, arrived at 9:45, and found my order ready! The waitress who assisted me was really friendly. My food was packaged neatly and tasted amazing!

We love to always go to ihop. and this particular situation was very good. fresh food and our server were very good. highly recommended.

I love Ihop and this location has fantastic service. The servers and the cooks are always friendly and attentive. Never once have I had an order made incorrectly. They only down side is that the building is falling apart. The booths, the floor, everything. They could really use y'all to go in and support them so they can afford to fix some tings.
