According to Google Maps, there are no Hardee's locations in Texas. In the 1980s, Hardee's was acquired by the Canadian company Imasco. Imasco then purchased other struggling diners in the United States to expand the Hardee's brand. In 2010, CKE Restaurants bought all Hardee's locations and merged them with Carl's Jr. Although the logos may look similar, the two brands aimed to specialize in different areas, with Hardee's focusing on Southern cooking traditions and the Midwest, while Carl's Jr., named after Carl Karcher who started with a hotdog cart in Los Angeles, is predominantly found in the western part of Texas.

The service at McDonald's was very poor, extremely slow. The person at the cashier does not do their job properly.
