Chick-fil-a - Rockwall

Very long line with about 40 cars. Moved pretty decently. One young employee evidently knew the people in the vehicle on front of me. She stood there lauging and socializing with them about 15 minutes before she even start taking the order. NOT PRIFESSIONAL AT ALL. However cars have no pattern with alternating Lanes. No politeness and the employees taking our orders did nothing to regulate a smooth flow. That is the reason for me giving only 2 stars.

All of the employees that I've interacted with were very pleasant. The food is always good, though a bit pricey. But, because the service is always extraordinary, the employees care, and the food looks like someone took time to prepare it, instead of just slopping it all in the bag, I do not mind paying a bit more.

Ordered a 60 count nugget meal and one gallon of tea and lemonade last night was supposed to be ready 2:30pm today. I arrived and paid for the order then waited 30 mins and was asked if I was waiting for anything. Terrible service we come and order every year for my sons bday, usually chick fil a has better attention to detail

The front staff is really friendly, but the past 6 months I've gone to get either breakfast or dinner here, the yogurt partfaits have half as much yogurt as what should be in there. The container was filled with more air than yogurt today. For $5 it should be filled properly.

My family and I have been coming to Chick-Fil-A for as long as I can remember. What can I say, they make a darn good chicken sandwich. As a matter of fact, they make a pretty darn everything. I have not had something to eat that I did not enjoy. Most of the time the inside is clean and most of the employees are nice and accommodating. The last time my wife and I went to this location. Which is the closest location to our home (30 minutes away). We placed our order. My wife got a salad with an extra dressing. Despite the goodness of their chicken, it does dry up the salad a little. so one may need just a little more than one packet. And despite it being on the ticket. It is always left off and we have to drive back around and go inside to get it. They do give it to you, but that was time wasted that could have been used driving back home. Most of the time, I get the spicy deluxe sandwich. First time I've got a sandwich in a bowl. Nothing was wrong with the sandwich, just thought it was strange. There's nothing I can say about chick-fil-la that would make you go or not. The constant lines could tell you that they have no problems with their customers. Those were just a couple of my recent hiccups during a recent visit of this location.
