Kookaburra Coffee Co.

Kooka is a hidden gem in RVC and an essential part of my morning routine. Their coffee and espresso are among the best on the island, and their baked goods are consistently delicious. I visit every morning for an iced latte and breakfast, and I am never disappointed! Although there may be a line, it is always worth the wait.

The coffee here is delicious, and the owner is an amazing person! This was my first visit, and I didn’t realize they only accepted cash until my order was ready. I felt a bit embarrassed admitting I was a few dollars short, but I had no choice. The owner was incredibly kind and told me not to worry; I could pay the remaining balance next time I came in, even though I insisted on finding the nearest ATM. Grateful for his generous offer, I left and found an ATM. When I returned to settle my balance, I told him that I thought he was a fantastic businessman, as many people wouldn't do something like that nowadays. His response was that you have to have faith in people, and he’s absolutely right. Plus, you definitely need some great coffee. So go check them out!

Exceptional service, delicious drinks, and yummy bakery! I definitely recommend it and will certainly be back!

Food and coffee are both legit! ....and the prices are reasonable for a fancy coffee spot... definitely worth it!
