Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rockville

If I could, I would give this place a zero rating. The staff is lazy and incredibly rude to customers. I would prefer to drive to a restaurant that is further away.

Horrible, HORRIBLE, service. As I walked in I felt a shift in the atmosphere, I felt extremely unwelcome and unwelcome uncomfortable. The young lady who was ringing up was rude, she had no emotion on her face and was rolling her eyes as I smiled at her, and the lady making the smoothies had the same energy. In my 87 years of life I have NEVER, NEVER, been to a place so disrespectful and unwelcoming. May I add, it’s insanely unprofessional; I asked for a salad and received a wrap with no side as well when I asked for one. Truly worst experience I’ve had in dealing with customer service.

The girl in the black sweat top is so non customer service. She gives off a negative vibe. She never smiles or anything is her face frozen.

THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE. RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND RUDE TO EMPLOYEES. I walked in and she gave me the nastiest look and attitude and then proceeded to speak so disrespectfully in spanish to her employees.

This restaurant does not make good smoothies. I bought the detox island green smoothie and noticed that it tasted like water. The lady who served me had poor customer service manners and was rude. Despite thanking her, she did not respond. I was very disappointed.
