This has only happened when ordered from the Woodside, nowhere else. The manager on duty was rude and talked over me and took no responsibility. Not the first bad experience with their to go food order. This is an overrated establishment. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
My Husband loves this restaurant. Our meal was great friendly services.A lots kind of pickles highly recommended
I was there recently with a group of 23 people and i hadn't been there in a long time. They were not in regular service as they had opened just for us at 5:30pm as they normally close at 3pm. We were very grateful that they opened for our group. Seating not an issue, Pickle bar was open,I wasn't a fan of their pickles, too salty. Cucumber salad was good, health salad needed more marinating time.I and a friednd must havce recieved the last four slices of rye bread as they ran out and that's not a good thing at a Jewish Deli. People in the group complained and rightfully so. Deli meats were pretty good but not very bountiful as between the slices.I asked for onion rings instead of french fries and was upcharged $4.99 for 6 rings. Normally an upcharge is $2 at other places. I wasn't happy about that and they did nothing about it after I emailed them. Most of the group were satisfied but there was some legitimate complaints. Usually one sees egg noodles or linguini in chciken soup with matzo balls, they used rotini, very unusual. Service was good. I doubt I'll be back for awhile.
Good value for the money. I think they would get more reviews if it was listed under restaurants instead of shopping...
I love to visit here. Solid deli restaurant experience. One unique thing about this place is their pickle bar and all was really good.
