Sushi House Incorporated - Rockville

I'm pretty picky about my sushi rolls, but these are super tasty : not an excessive amount of rice, very flavorful and very fresh. Staff is friendly and polite. I used to go to niwano hana up the street but they are a little pricey so I wouldn't go as often. I love the value here at the Sushi House and I hope it doesn't change because it keeps me coming back every week! : FYI it is take-out only

Their salmon skin is one of the tastiest and crunchiest I?ve ever had in both coasts.

May 2021 Ordered carry out for dinner. Decent service, decent entrees, and bland sushi. The sushi and sashimi portions were generous, but surprisingly tasteless. Even the smoked eel rolls had little flavor, which I didn't think was possible. The wasabi was very potent though. We got two teriyaki dishes: chicken and salmon. Both the chicken and salmon had been steamed with the teriyaki sauce added on afterwards. While it tasted good, teriyaki is supposed to be grilled

Sushi house is my go to Japanese restaurant. Food is fresh and delicious. The service is excellent. Dellia is always with big smile. I love the place. Looks like they did some remodeling to the interior recently. Looks nice.
