Subway - Rockville

Found a piece of bone in my steak sub, and the manager kept trying to convince me it wasn't. I knew from the crunch and pain in my gums that I was right, but after 2 minutes of arguing I gave up and left. Never coming back.

I lived across the street for a few years and went here regularly since it's so close. I'd call this place mediocre at best. The staff are generally unfriendly, and occasionally straight up rude. There's one lady they sometimes have as the only person on staff who hardly speaks English. I know when she makes my sandwiches, I have to expect my order completely wrong because she doesn't understand anything I say. One of the women there even tries to overcharge me for what's supposed to be a $5 footlong, and gets irritated when I remind her. There is one male employee who's pretty cool though, since I'm a regular he remembers me and what I usually order. As for the quality of the food, it's no better or worse than any other Subway. If you can make the hike, the Potbelly in Town Center is much better in terms of food and customer service.

I frequently go to this subway and they always have the ingredients I want, unlike some of the other subways I've been to which always seem to be missing something. The staff are nice and fast. The only con is that everytime I come here the tables are a mess.

Super Friendly staff Great Customer Service Would recommend this location over others they always get it right at this location you won't be disappointed if you visit this store. Over All 100% Great experience.

Horrible experience. The lady who was there in the evening shift was rude. She made me feel unwanted, like I was waisting her time.
