Subway - Rockville

I lived across the street for a few years and frequented this place due to its proximity. Overall, I would rate it as mediocre at best. The staff are generally unfriendly, and at times, downright rude. There is one woman who sometimes works alone and struggles with English, which leads to frequent misunderstandings with my sandwich orders. On one occasion, a female employee tried to overcharge me for a $5 footlong and became annoyed when I pointed it out. However, there is one male employee who is quite nice; he remembers me and my usual order since I’m a regular. As for the food quality, it’s on par with any other Subway. If you can make the trip, I highly recommend the Potbelly in Town Center for better food and customer service.

I discovered a piece of bone in my steak sub, and the manager insisted it wasn’t what I thought it was. Despite the discomfort in my gums and the crunch I felt when biting into it, I ended up giving up after two minutes of back-and-forth and left. I won’t be returning.

I often visit this Subway, and they consistently have all the ingredients I'm looking for, unlike some other locations I've tried that always seem to be missing something. The staff is friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that every time I come here, the tables are quite messy.

Horrible experience. The lady who was there in the evening shift was rude. She made me feel unwanted, like I was waisting her time.
