I ended up hanging up on her, which seems to be a common experience based on other reviews. They really need to either let her go or improve their customer service—clearly, they don’t understand how to run a business properly.
I have never experienced a wait like this before; I waited three hours for my pizza and never received it. The next day, they offered me a $30 credit, which I used to order a large pizza with cheese in the crust that cost $17.99. Today, I was told that my entire credit was used for that pizza, even though it only cost $17.99. This is incredibly frustrating! This has been such a bad experience that I will never order from them again.
I experienced the most unfriendly service I've ever encountered in my life. I ordered a Pepsi and some cinnamon sticks for $16.49, but the restaurant was incredibly dirty, and the staff seemed angry. I ended up canceling my order. I feel like I should report them to the health department because the employees appeared unclean and didn't wash their hands. There wasn't even a thank you offered. I will never return to this place again.
Great service. I took off, maybe 40 minutes away, and she asked how long I would be, and she timing it perfect to get hot and fresh for me. big on the phone and personally was her name roxana and she is gold!
The quality of your pizza is basically mediocre. It has sometimes been cold due to late delivery. Most recently, I asked for Contactless Delivery and the delivery man knocked on my door and handed me my pizza. In these days of Covid surge this is not acceptable!
