Chuy's - Rockville

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. However, I did notice that the portion sizes were smaller compared to other Mexican restaurants I've been to, from the drinks to the meals. Everything seemed a bit pricey for the smaller portions. I appreciate spicy flavors, but the salsa that came with the chips was a bit too spicy for the kids. Both the enchiladas and fajitas had quite a kick as well. On the bright side, we didn't have to wait for a table, even though there was some concern when we saw the parking lot and thought it might be busy. A nice touch was that the restaurant provided the kids with push pops as a dessert that automatically comes with their meals.

The best option for TexMex here in Maryland. We told the manager that we’ve been here in Maryland for about a year and we’re from Texas. We have Chuy’s in San Antonio, Texas but we’ve never been because we have authentic Mexican restaurants. So we were skeptical coming here but I really feel like this is a great alternative. Friendly staff which is unheard of here in Maryland. Great atmosphere. Also, the bathrooms are really clean!

Excellent food, excellent service. all food is said to be made fresh daily and the taste proves it!! great happy hour specials 4-7pm with complimentary nacho car (it 's in the trunk of a Cadillac). An added plus, cleanest bathrooms in rockville! prices are reasonable.

The atmosphere here is truly one-of-a-kind, and the food was outstanding. The Rita's were delicious, and the burrito was as large as promised. I also appreciated the white sauce available for dipping chips. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a fantastic first visit.

I recently had a meal at three different locations in three states, and unfortunately, they were all disappointing. However, today’s experience was a delightful exception. We ordered Chicken and Steak Burritos and shared a bowl of taco soup as an appetizer. Everything was delicious, and we particularly loved the creamy ranch jalapeño dip. My wife enjoyed it so much that she even bought a container to take home. The staff at Chuy's is consistently friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed our visit to the Rockville location and look forward to returning on our next trip to DC.
