So I've come to this 7-Eleven for almost 20 years, and I never really had a big problem. They are usually the best 7-Eleven in the area but tonight was a little different. I came in at 2:30 and there was only one person working. Veronica. She is a new employee and a very pleasant person. I asked her to make me fresh, warm food. Taquitos and Cattle Patties. She was very accommodating and without hesitating, she tried to make her for me, but, as I said, she is a new employee and was not exactly sure of cooking time. The things she started cooking happen just a bit to burn and she apologized and asked if I asked her to remake it. I said yes and she wanted to cook again when I asked her if she was the only person who works. She told me, but an older employee should be there at midnight to train them, but he hadn't shown at his scheduled time. She felt very bad and I told her not to worry about it because it is not her fault. Your staff should have been there to help her when he was planned. Only so happens that the employee sat outside in his car in the parking lot. I went out and told him she was waiting for him and needed help. He finally came in and made the food (which was boiled this time, but I digress). I don't understand why he was so late and took his time to come because he was in the car since I was there 20 minutes ago. Long story short, Veronica is brilliant and too good to work there. I feel very bad about it. She is such a nice person with great customer service skills and deserves better. I feel very bad that she has to deal with it because she is very eager to learn, but is not equipped with the tools and help to make them successful. The other employee is an idiot to get her into this situation. I'm sure one day she will own her own 7-Eleven franchises because she's worth her customers and proud of her work. I wish her the best, and I hope that other employees will bring his act together. It's just not fair. In addition, I asked her why she works at 7-Eleven, and she said she had to provide her children and this is the most important in her life. Thank you for your work and the PRIDE you are in your JOB. You've been so much fun, and I know you made it. I want you to have the best. I know you have so much fun when you have a friend.
This location has always been solid and convenient.
This 7- eleven always seems just a bit dirty. But they have a good selection and the staff is nice (maybe a bit on the slow side).
I always love 7/11. Oh, thank God!
